Puppet mastery can be separated into several different categories.

The ability to control puppets with one’s mind(similar to telekinesis).

To control the bodies of others(possibly bio-kinesis or cell manipulation).

Or the ability to control the bodies of the deceased(Reanimate).

Various forms of magic could also be used to control the “puppets.”

The mutative power in which one’s anatomical and physiological being becomes electrical energy.

Cability

The user remains conscious and united, but can’t assume human shape. Can raze through wire and computers (can’t access data). It is difficult to revert back to human form.

Mental Manipulation

Enables the user to render others unconscious, suppress their memories, and slightly negate the use of abilities. Can increase/decrease mental capacity, modify minds to be agreeable, sway sensations to induce altered perception, bestow mental disorders or break down mental barriers.

The subjects are still aware of their conscious.
